Dear ElJay

Something I've noticed on the front page when I have to log in. There's usually a poll, right? I was wondering, what's the point of displaying the results as a bar chart when all you're really showing is the top vote?

Is it really that hard to make the bars proportionate in length? As in, actually reflect the percentage they're meant to show? *I* can do it, and I'm not exactly Queen of the htmls, here:
