I've not been on Lulu (POD publisher) for a while, and they'd restructured their help section since I last had to use it.

...I don't know if they were trying to "improve" it or what, but now it looks like it dates from about 10 years ago, and the formatting is almost non-existent. Good job there, Lulu.
