Writer's Block: Fantasy Sports

Imagine you manage a coven of baseball-playing vampires. The Cullen family is really strong this year and you want to bring in a ringer. Which currently active MLB baseball player do you sire?

W. T. F.

Seriously. What does that even MEAN?

Edit: I take it back, LJ has imploded into such a wonderful bag of raaage at this writer's block. Even the guys' "Friends only" post on his LJ is full of ANGERRR.

I thought this comment someone made summed it up beautifully: "I think the fact that this question made it onto Writer's Block constitutes an EPIC WIN. My hat's off to you for successfully trolling ALL OF LJ."

Calm down, dear, it's only a commercial!

Thanks for the attempt to help, but I don't even know the basics of baseball. Way back in school a classmate once asked the PE teacher who replied: 'Baseball is a game that only Americans are capable of understanding the rules of.' American TV shows inform me, that it's about hitting a tennis ball with a piece of wood, catching it in a lather glove and running in circles. And that's all I know. (You don't have to explain, I can live with that lack of knowledge perfectly fine. Even sports obsessed people here don't give a damn about baseball.)

Oh! Oh! It's like rounders! :D

They play it in Japan, too. ;) I think it's like the national sport, or something. O_o

I don't think I've ever even heard of rounders. (Which might just be a language thing, though.)
